Refund & Cancellation Policy
At White Mountain Journeys, we strive to provide unforgettable travel experiences in Himachal Pradesh. We also understand that plans can change. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for our travel packages and services.
1. Booking & Payment
- A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
- Full payment must be completed before the start of the trip unless agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Cancellation by Traveler
- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the trip start date: 80% refund of the total package cost.
- Cancellations made 15–29 days prior: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of departure: No refund.
3. Cancellation by White Mountain Journeys
In the rare event that we cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, strikes, etc.), travelers will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid or the option to reschedule the trip.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during booking.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Any government permits, entry tickets, or third-party charges are strictly non-refundable.
- Customized trips, once finalized, may have different refund rules (informed during booking).
